The estimated cost of corrosion in the US annually is $276 billion. The effects of corrosion are wide spread from the contamination of our drinking water, to the un-safe processing of our food products, through to the failure of our pipelines which are utilized in the production and delivery of oil, gas, biofuels and other energy products. Corrosion represents a continual challenge to scientists and engineers in maintaining our aging infrastructure and more recently in reducing environmental impacts from traditional “rip and replace” renovation solutions.
The Green Solution
North America Pipe Lining (“NAPL”) has a next-generation procedure to renovate corroded pipe systems used for commercial, industrial, marine and municipal applications while still in place within walls, ceilings, and under slabs. NAPL’s robotic in-situ polymeric spray system provides a safe and protective barrier between the host pipe and the product within the pipe. The polymeric coating process creates a new non-toxic, chemically and biologically resistant semi-structural barrier which isolates the host pipe from the conveyed medium, preventing leakage and infiltration while limiting the build-up of contaminates within the existing pipe. This in turn prevents harmful elements from interaction with water or other products which run through the pipes.
Pipe Renovation
Highly efficient and quickest pipeline rehabilitation method currently available. Simple solution for leak prevention using high build semi-structural polymeric lining materials with same day return to service.
North America Pipe Lining has a full line of epoxy resin, polyurethane, polyurea, and vinyl ester materials for a wide array of solutions. NAPL uses the newest technology and the latest advancements in equipment and environmentally friendly materials. Our non-disruptive and trenchless systems will save time and money compared to standard pipe replacement as well as reduces your carbon output.
